Official figures show that Cardiff Council's spending per pupil in schools has increased, from second bottom in Wales under Russell Goodway's Labour Party to second top under the Lib Dems.
Cardiff's Lib Dem Council is spending £313 more in schools per child per year than the average across Wales.
Lib Dems in Cardiff are also investing £180 million in new schools, new buildings and new nurseries.
Labour announced plans to close both Roath and Cathays Libraries but the Lib Dems scrapped these plans and have managed to invest a huge amount of money to bring our libraries into the 21st Century.
